Puzzles

Luke has always liked puzzles. These days, he is really into the large floor puzzles. He received a few of them for this birthday last year, but the past few months he has really enjoyed them. This ocean puzzle (above) is his current favorite. The first couple of times, we did it together, but now he does it on his own. The train table that Pap pap made him makes a perfect table for working puzzles.

The teachers at Luke's pre-school know that puzzles (or 'rompecabezas' en espanol) are Luke's thing. He has zero patientce, tolerance, or interest in doing 'artsy' things like coloring, drawing, or painting. But give him a puzzle and he is a happy boy. When I drop him off at pre-school in the morning, he goes straight for the puzzles.
